Classroom Information-
Unless otherwise noted, our classroom opens at 10. Classes begin promptly at 10:30, so please arrive prior to the start time to get settled in.
Our classroom is equipped with a desk and surge protector for each student. There is a communal cutting table with six 24"x36" cutting mats, as well as four stations that convert from cutting to pressing stations. Students are required to bring their own rotary cutters and rulers. Classroom sewing machines are available for rent during class for $10. Instructors will reach out to students prior to class with a list of required and suggested materials.
Cancellation Policy-
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 week prior to class to receive store credit (exceptions to this rule are made clear in class descriptions). Please let the shop know if you can not attend class, as we usually have a waitlist and will fill the seats in order of waitlist signups.
We reserve the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. In the event of a cancellation by us, you may choose to be refunded or receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of registration.

Quilt a Murder is a 4 day workshop in which the quilter will complete 12 blocks that can later be made into a sampler quilt. The workshop starts with the story of Stormi Hill, who unfortunately is murdered. Each quilter in the workshop is a suspect in the crime. In flashback, the suspect has an encounter with the victim. Within each session a clue is given of a unit of a quilt block. (e.g. square, four patch, etc.) Quilters are required to incorporate that clue in their block for that session. At the end of the 4 days, the murder is solved and the murderer is revealed!

After practicing for a bit, you will load your own lap size quilt and quilt it! After completing this class, you will be invited to rent time on the longarm machines at Block Therapy Quilt Shop.

This class will give you an overview of loading a quilt on either the Regalia or the Gallant frame. We will also learn and practice several meander type of designs you can use to quilt any quilt. After practicing for a bit, you will load your own lap size quilt and quilt it! After completing this class, you will be invited to rent time on the longarm machines at Block Therapy Quilt Shop.

Please add yourself to the waitlist, and we will be in touch. There is currently space available in the Saturday class. If that works for you, please call the shop and ask them to register you for Saturday!
