Fabric Rope Basket
In this one day class you will learn tips and tricks to tackle rope basket projects. This technique can then be used to create trivets, coasters, placemats, rugs, and more!
Class Requirements
- Sewing machine (you may rent a classroom machine by selecting the class option "with materials")
- Denim needle for your sewing machine
- 1 yard or 4 fat quarters cut into strips 1" or 1.5" wide
- glue stick
- Clips
- Zig Zag foot for your sewing machine
- Thread and 2-3 bobbins that match your fabric (The top thread shows inside the basket an the bobbin thread shows on the outside)
