Traditional Rag Quilt
The cozy rag quilt will be constructed using a layer cake, flannel yardage, and batting.
In the first class you will plan, cut, and quilt the blocks.
In the second class you will assemble and "rag" the quilt.
Required Materials:
- one layer cake (42 - 10" squares)
- 3 1/2 yards flannel
- twin size batting (light weight)
- sewing machine in working order with manual
- walking foot
- pins (qty 50-100)
- clips
- rag quilt snips or very sharp fabric scissors
- rotary cutter
- quilting ruler
- coordinating thread
- Stiletto
- Washable fabric pen/Hera Marker/Seam Roller
