ByAnnie's Ultimate Travel Bag
One step at a time over three class sessions, we will make this perfect travel companion! This functional bag includes a comfortable padded adjustable carrying strap and quick-grab side handles, as well as a handy trolley sleeve on back to secure the bag to rolling luggage.
We will tackle together the zippered and slip pockets on the front, back, and ends plus the full-height zippered pocket and three more slip pockets inside that are designed to keep everything organized and close at hand.
The bag measures a generous 13¾"H x 14½"W x 4½"D at the top and 13¾"H x 18½"W x 8"D at bottom.

- Main Fabric 1.5 yards
- Lining Fabric 1.5 yards
- Coordinating Fabric 1.25 yards
- ByAnnie's Soft and Stable 1.5 yards (1.5 yards x 42 inches)
- Fusible interfacing 1/8 yard
- Mesh fabric: 1/2 yard
- Handbag zippers--two @ 30" OR 58" of zipper tape plus 4 pulls
- 1.5" Polypro strapping -- 5 yards
- 1.5" hardware -- 2 triangle rings, 1 wide-mouth slider, 2 swivel hooks
- Fold-over elastic 20mm, 1/2 yard
- 1" to 1.5" buttons--six (optional)
- Base stabilizer -- 7 3/4" x 14 3/4"
- Thread -- 40 or 50 wt polyester thread to coordinate with your fabrics (Floriani works well)
- Sewing machine with zipper foot, walking foot, and binding foot (opt)
